Dear Jim,  First pic o the day.. Kind Dartford Runner, Dave Kitcher arrived at Icebird..7am - to check on me and has taken my hotwater bottle (secret weapon for sleeping In Icebird.. Refilled, it will warm and air the sleeping bag while I run, and so be ready for tonight. 

No wonder I am cosy..my sleeping bag..Peter Hutchinson Designs, is the same one that looked after me in Siberia during the world run!!!
