Dear Fans! TODAY'S THE BIG DAY.... The circumstances in the friendly if steep Wales Marathon could hardly be more different from life in the wilderness... bt I'm thinking that the rules are the same

ONE STEP AT A TIME...

I AM NOT THINKING ABOUT THE 26 MARATHONS

JUST THE O N E MARATHON - the run today!!!!!!



It will exciting to run with so many great people, who are each going to run a mile with me for Ty Hafan.. Thank you again. mORE LATER!!
